Brit Marling is nothing short of inspiring co-writing/producing Another Earth and Sound of my Voice. One thing I took away from one of her and Zal Batmanglij’s interview was “don’t wait for permission.” Before hearing that all I could think about was how will I raise money for a feature or where I’m going to find money for permits and what not. She went on to say that you find creative ways to make things happen that are just as creative as the story you’re trying to tell.
